Big Bend Wash Pros LLC Prep Work Checklist

Below are our guidelines for prep work based on services being performed. Failure to do so can cause areas to be missed or additional charges. We aim to be as convenient as possible and can accommodate special needs upon request.

House Washing

• Ensure all windows are shut tightly.
• Turn off all outside lights.
• Bring in any items on porches that cannot get wet (Mounted items like TV’s, Mini Fridges etc. are okay and will be covered.)

Window Cleaning

• Remove screens prior to Big Bend Wash Pros LLC arrival. Screens can be set out to be cleaned as well if House Washing is also being performed.

Driveway Cleaning

• Move all cars and items off of driveway.
• Overgrown grass/landscaping covering driveway may cause areas to be missed while cleaning, Weed eating beforehand is recommended if this is the case.

Roof Cleaning

• Move all cars away from house.
• Big Bend Wash Pros LLC will handle tarping/protection for landscaping, however, watering plants a day before won't hurt.

Patio/Porch Cleaning

• Bring in any items on porches that cannot get wet (Mounted items like TV’s, Mini Fridges etc. are okay and will be covered.)
• Remove clutter from porches (Larger items like chairs/tables can be handled by Big Bend Wash Pros LLC.)
